Introducing: Semi-Private Training (SPT)!

We are thrilled to pilot an exciting new program to help you grow your skills! Introducing: Semi-Private Training (SPT). We're planning an initial four sessions of this exclusive opportunity and will be eager to hear how these help you achieve your goals!

SPT is a chance to go deep on a specific high-skill movement for a group of 3-5 athletes. You'll spend 90 minutes with a trainer and get tons of personal attention, like you would with a personal training appointment. But by centering around a specific topic, we are able to efficiently serve a few athletes at a time with highly personalized training!

Note that we are piloting this program. We'll see how much interest there is and continue if it's a good fit for members, coaches, and Allegro alike, adjusting the offering as needed.

Initial SPT Sessions

  • Sun. June 21, 10-11:30am: Handstands with Emily (*note this is Father's Day)

  • Tue. June 23, 5:30-7pm: Rig work with Emily

  • Tue. July 7, 7:30-9am: Olympic lifting with Andy

  • Sat. July 18, 10:30am-12pm: Power lifting with Andy
