At Allegro, the CrossFit group classes we’ve done since 2014 are at the heart of what we do, and in 2026, we have added Hyrox programming, yoga, and Open Gym hours. But our approach goes far beyond just the workouts.
We believe in whole health, so our programs support your full lifestyle of training hard, recovering well, staying accountable, and (of course) having fun.
CrossFit Group Classes
The gold standard in functional fitness. Classes run by our knowledgeable coaches include strength, metabolic conditioning, skill work, and coaching that adapts to you so that advanced athletes and beginners alike find a challenge. Expect energy, support, variety, and results.
We currently follow the excellent, thoughtfully crafted programming provided by HWPO (Hard Work Pays Off).
Hyrox Training
Hyrox is the fastest-growing fitness race on the planet, and an amazing complement to the comprehensive functional fitness we train for in CrossFit. Get ready for race day with our group Hyrox classes, plus access additional suggested Hyrox programming to do during Open Gym sessions. Our gym is equipped with sleds, turf, ergs, and more for a comprehensive training program. We have memberships that combine CrossFit with Hyrox, as well as as Hyrox-only focus memberships.

While CrossFit is a comprehensive training methodology, Hyrox is a specific racing event. Its standardized races are held worldwide and include running mixed with eight stations (rowing, sandbag lunges, sled pushes, and more). Read more here.

While CrossFit is an incredible way to prepare for a Hyrox race, our Hyrox classes are a bit more focused on Hyrox specifically. In them, you'll experience longer-form cardio, practice of the station movements, and strength movements that translate into Hyrox success. You generally won't see as many CrossFit-specific, high-skill movements like double unders, gymnastics, or Olympic lifting.

Great news: our affiliate status means that by training here, you can register early for Hyrox races! Since some races fill up fast, this will be a huge bonus.
New Member On-Ramp
Three 1:1 sessions to learn the basics of CrossFit, build confidence, and set a strong foundation. This is a great option for those new to CrossFit, or who want to brush up on the fundamentals in a personalized setting.

Note: you must pre-register for Open Gym at least an hour before the time slot starts. If no one has preregistered, we reserve the right to cancel the session and lock up.
Yoga
Looking to improve your overhead squat or recover faster from a heavy week? Our yoga instructor Beata has been practicing yoga since her 20s and has been a professional instructor since 2009. She understands that while CrossFit builds power, yoga builds the longevity and flexibility needed to keep you moving at your best.
In her Sunday classes at Allegro Fitness, Beata focuses on deep breathing, better balance, and "the meditative side of the grind." Her goal is to help you leave the mat feeling relaxed, restored, and ready for the week ahead.
Recovery Room and Normatec
Working out with intensity is only one part of the equation. We’ve created a dedicated wellness space, adjacent to our member lounge, featuring:

Most gyms hope you succeed. Here, we plan for it. Our Momentum Coaching program offers powerful 30-minute sessions where we talk through your goals, review your progress, and build a personalized action plan. You can get results so much faster when we combine workouts with these sessions.
