Join a Hyrox Simulation: an opportunity to run a full race with all the same stations you’d expect at an official Hyrox.

❋ Multiple Divisions + All Levels WelcomeComplete in the Open or Pro Individual division, Doubles, or Relay - just like the real thing. And with no time cap, we truly welcome all levels of fitness to participate.
❋ Community FunWe’ll crank up the music. We welcome spectators (kids have a great time!). And we’ll cheer you on as you take on the stations.
❋ Realistic StationsWhile our equipment and setup aren’t identical to a Hyrox race, we’re pretty dang close. You’ll have kettlebells that are a different brand, for instance, and your runs will be outside. But expect to do all 8 runs and stations with the same weights and standards you’d have at an official race.
❋ Local + AccessibleA Hyrox race is a big investment in time and money to travel to. Take advantage of an easily accessible, local experience to take on the challenge! It’s a great option whether you’re preparing for an official race, deciding if you want to register, or just looking to get a great workout in.

Relay (team of 4)Membership has its perks, including free registration in every Simulation, early access to register for a Hyrox, and more! And we have flexible options, from punch cards for those who just want to join classes, Sims, and Open Gym hours a couple times a month, to unlimited access to Hyrox classes and Open Gym sessions, to all-in memberships that include CrossFit training. You can even try your first class for free.*A “member” is anyone with any type of active (not drop-in) membership with us, including punch card holders! The Sim will use a punch just like a normal class or Open Gym sessions would.
You may be wondering...-
Not to the same extent as an official race, no. Some stations, like wall balls, will have someone looking for “no reps” but may not have a judge for each participant, and you may have to count your own reps. Others, like the 1K runs, won’t have anyone judging…and it’s your responsibility to go the full distance.

You can review all the details about the race here. In general, you need to decide two things: whether you’re doing “Open” or “Pro” (if in doubt, go for Open), and whether you’re competing as an individual, splitting work with a partner, or working in a relay team of 4.

Foundations is for anyone who wants to use this event for training but isn’t ready for Open weights. You’ll do the same movements and distances, but can scale the weight down further. Since you’re using non-standard weights, we ask you to assist station volunteers with changing weights before and after you use the sleds.

You’ll need to know the movement standards of each station before coming. A great place to start is the Hyrox website, where you can find a rule book. Better yet, train with us. Your first class is free, and members get a free registration for this event! Learn more here.

Since heats run through the day, you should plan to arrive at least 30m before your heat. We’ll have an area where you can warm up on your own, and a suggested warmup you can follow, then you will take on the course. When you’re done, we’ll record your finish time and send you to our recovery room to cool down. You can also plan to spectate and cheer on your fellow athletes before or after you race!

Shirt fees are non-refundable. Registration fees can be refunded until May 2nd. Email if you need to cancel.

Yes! We’ll set up some seating, so feel free to invite family and friends to cheer you on - and cheer on other athletes before/after your own heat.

Running is a huge part of Hyrox, but we know injuries or other issues can happen. In an effort to make this event inclusive, yes, you may use an Echo bike in place of the runs if needed.

However, Allegro is currently transitioning to Wodify from our old app, and it’s not 100% ready for you yet! Our goal is to be live by August 1. So you’ve done all you can today. But please be on the lookout for an email from hello@allegro.fit in the coming days with instructions to complete your registration.
Thanks for your patience! Wodify will provide an improvement over our previous software, but with this Sim happening so soon after the transition, the timing is a little weird this time around. So we wanted to provide a way for you to pre-register (step 1). Stay tuned for final steps!
