Membership Perks
Below are some of the extras you get as a member! Some of these vary by membership type. Click each below to learn what they entail and how to claim them.
-
The Gro+ membership includes one complementary drop-in for a friend or family member each calendar month. To claim, email hello@allegro.fit with your friend’s full name and email address.
This perk does not carry over.

As a Hyrox Training Club, our members are eligible for early registration for races, typically 48 hours before it opens to the public. Allegro receives an email in advance with a special link or code. We don’t send every code to every member every time. Instead, if you have your sights set on a specific race, message over Wodify or email a week or so before registration to request the code, and we’ll send it your way!
This early access is only for our members. You may not share it. Doing so goes against our contract with Hyrox, cheapens the benefit for Hyrox Training Clubs, and risks Allegro losing access.

Monthly access:
CF and Hyrox Basic members: 30m (in one session or split up in 15-minute increments)
Gro: 2h
Gro+: 4h
Normatec is an air compression system that massages you to increase blood flow, freshen your muscles, and reduce soreness. We have one controller and three attachments you can use with it: legs, arms, and hips (which hit the hips, glutes, and lower back).
If your membership includes this, you’ll see a prompt in Wodify to schedule it. We don’t really need the formality of appointments. But the benefit of this setup is that you’ll be reminded of this membership perk, and more likely to use it!
That being said, even though may members swear by Normatec, if you have tried it and aren’t interested, and you don’t want Wodify reminding you to use it, I can remove that to clear up your Wodify screen upon request.
How to use:
Book your time as an appointment in Wodify (optional; I’m not super structured about this, unless we find it’s in high demand). You’ll have some number of 15-minute increments to use separately or in a row.
Grab a coach to help your first time!
Please wear socks but remove your shoes.
Normatec is hanging on the wall in the Recovery Room. The control unit is usually plugged in on the counter.
Use Normatec with one of the zero-gravity chairs for best results, especially if using the legs attachments.
Get in, attach both hoses to the control unit, turn it on, and make sure the top setting shows the correct attachment (legs, hips, or arms).
Set the timer and intensity level. (Start at maybe a 3 for your first time!)
Put up your feet and hit start.
When done, detach the attachments from the control unit and plug it back in. Hang the attachments back up.
Please wipe down the inside, particularly at the feet, with a cleaning wipe from the silver canister on the counter.

The InBody is a scanner that measures your overall weight and your body composition - that is, how much of your mass is muscle, fat, or water. This can be a good tool to track your trends over time and see how your fitness, nutrition, sleep, and other factors are affecting your body! We recommend scanning monthly (more frequently isn’t really beneficial).
If your membership includes this, you’ll see a prompt in Wodify to schedule it. We don’t really need the formality of appointments. InBody takes all of three minutes, after all. But the benefit of this setup is that you’ll be reminded of these membership perks, and more likely to use them!
That being said, you may not want to use the InBody scanner. While information about your weight and body composition is of interest to many members, it is not something we push as a goal…and even runs the risk for some people of triggering negative body image issues or obsessive thinking.
So if you want to opt out of either of these extras for any reason, please message me in Wodify or send an email and I’ll adjust you in Wodify so you won’t see them!
How to scan:
Feel free to grab a coach to show you the first time!
The scanner is in the room to the left of the first restroom.
For best results, measure before eating and before working out. Or, at least be consistent each time (eg, eat a similar breakfast and do your scan before your class).
First, grab a cleaning wipe from the Recovery Room.
Stand on the machine barefoot and let it measure your weight.
You’ll be prompted to enter your code (phone number) and create a new profile if it’s your first time.
Follow prompts on the screen. When it’s done, the printer will print your results, including a chart comparing your trend over time.
Clean the foot electrodes with the wipe.

Membership Payment; Holds
Default Payment Method: The gym pays processing fees for every payment, totaling thousands of dollars every year. These are unavoidable, but are lower for ACH (checking account withdrawal) payments than they are for credit or debit card payments. For this reason, we ask that you consider using ACH so that more of your membership fee stays in the gym!
Timing and Holds: For those who pay monthly for membership (ie, not punch card holders), the first payment is prorated, and remaining payments are processed on the first of the month. Throughout the month, any other transactions such as PT or store purchases will be held until the next monthly payment is processed. This helps save the gym from paying more in payment processing fees. For this reason, your payment may differ from month to month.
Open Gym: 24/7 Access
Open Gym (OG), included in certain memberships (Gro, Gro+, Hyrox Basic, and punch cards), lets you enter the building even when it isn’t staffed and get a workout in on your own time. Here’s what to know about how to get in, the rules, and how to access special programming you can follow during your session!
When you unlock the door, you’ll hear a quiet noise as it unlocks, then you can turn the knob left and pull the handle. (Try not to pull the knob itself.) It will then lock again after a few seconds.
-
You’ll need to get credit for your attendance, and also use a punch if applicable. So, register for the Open Gym “class” in your calendar in Wodify. Be sure to sign in as well.
-
When facing the gym, the left door, which has a manual deadbolt, is open during and around class times and locked after hours. The right door is used for after-hours access; it stays locked, and you can unlock it with your app. It automatically re-locks after a few seconds.
If you’re doing OG when the gym is already open (for instance, you show up while a class is still going), you can just enter through the left door. But to enter after hours, here’s what you need to know.
Your Wodify app includes an “unlock door” option in the side menu (click the three lines at the top left). Tap “unlock door” then click on the button.
In order for this to work, you need location services enabled in your phone settings, since the software has to ensure you are near the door.
If the button is ever down, check your texts/emails (promotions, spam, junk) for a backup code. You’ll be notified if that ever happens.
When leaving, if the deadbolt is locked, leave through the 24/7 door using the exit paddle. Do not unlock the deadbolt.

You need to first register for an Open Gym session in Wodify.
Then, check your email and texts. You’ll see a code that you can use the day of your session. If you need to use it multiple times (eg, if you left something in your car), it will still work throughout that day.
When leaving, if the deadbolt is locked, leave through the 24/7 door using the exit paddle. Do not unlock the deadbolt.
-
You are responsible for helping keep the building secure:
Make sure that the door fully closes after entry or exit.
If the deadbolt is locked, exit through the other door; never unlock the deadbolt.
Never prop open an external door.
Never let another person “tailgate” in behind you. If you’re arriving with others who also have access, please scan in individually (this is important for our audit trail).
Never share your access with someone else.
-
Since you may be on site alone, it’s important to be familiar with these Emergency Procedures and Rules. They’ll be posted near the speaker.
-
You may have your own plan of what to work on, but we also provide the following programming:
Hyrox365: daily workouts available to us as a Hyrox Training Club. These may be used in a Hyrox class too.
HWPO programs on certain days they’re released:
Hyrox (daily; may be used in Hyrox class)
Sweat (Mon-Sat)
Accessory (Mon lower, Tue upper)
Bodybuilding (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat)
Focus (Mon, Wed, Fri)
EMOM40 (or EMOM20) (Mon, Tue)
You can view these workouts in the Wodify app, not in the “class,” but by clicking on the “workout” icon at the bottom of your screen. Use the drop-down to select your program of choice. You can even navigate to another day to get the workout you want! For instance, if you come on a Wednesday but want to do a long EMOM, just peek at the Tuesday program. Note - you can’t log results from this screen, but you can always log a custom workout (three lines → Results → search a movement or add your own WOD).
-
If no class is going on, you’re welcome to use the speakers, which are labeled with the Bluetooth device name.
You may move equipment, but please put it back where it came from. Be mindful of any classes or PT sessions going on, keeping to your own space and ensuring you only use equipment they don’t need.
When leaving, please make sure lights and fans are turned off.
Your stuff: Lockers, Cubbies, Showers, and Lost & Found
The lockers/cubbies around the lobby and hallways are available for you to use! You can leave things here between classes (within reason). Whenever you find a spot, it’s fair game.
In contrast, the cubbies inside the gym are intended for you to store things during class, not between classes. We want to keep them from getting cluttered up so there is always room for water bottles, jump ropes, etc.
You can also keep shampoo or other shower supplies in the showers, but please don’t leave them on the shelves or other surfaces in those rooms
Items left around the gym will end up in Lost and Found, which is located behind the double doors past the water fountain. Open the right door and look behind it for a large bin.
Lobby, Merch, and Refeshments
Our lobby is yours to enjoy! Grab a coffee while you chat with friends after class or knock out a few emails on your laptop.
To purchase merch or drinks, go into Wodify’s “buy” section (bottom right icon). We also hold
